Barbara Werner and Sophia Pristaff join the team

Recently, Barbara Werner and Sophia Pristaff have joined the team of Claasen Communication. Barbara Werner joined us in part-time as additional PR consultant. She has a longstanding experience in the fields of public relations, marketing and as online editor and worked in the health & lifestyle as well as in the pharmaceutical industries. Barbara holds a diploma degree in business economics. Joining the Claasen team means for her the re-entry into PR after her maternity break. Sophia Pristaff is our new team assistant and thus your first contact when you call our agency by phone. Sophia is a trained travel agent and holds a diploma degree in intercultural business studies. She has worked for tour operators and travel agencies, worked at airport offices and managed branch offices of travel agencies.

Lukas Schilling new at Claasen Communication

Lukas Schilling has joined Claasen Communication as Junior PR Manager. For the online and social media specialist it is his entry into working life following his Master’s degree in Political and Social Science (University of Mainz). During his time at university he worked for an agency for digital technology and for national TV station ZDF, but also lead several PR and marketing projects as parts of his studies.

Choose Chicago selects Claasen Communication as public relations counsel for Chicago
Germany: Agency to provide media relations support for 3rd largest city in the U.S. 
The new structured, powerful tourism organization Choose Chicago – built out of the merger of the Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau (CCTB) and the Chicago Office of Tourism  (COTC) has selected Claasen Communication as their German media relations partner. Additionally, Choose Chicago has selected Wiechmann Tourism Services (Frankfurt) for marketing and travel trade support. The appointment of Claasen Communications in Frankfurt is the ninth global office the tourism organization has opened in the past 18 months.
